Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to drive growth of its marine outboard products business in Singapore.

You will lead the sales and service teams, develop strategies, and build key partnerships. The role requires 5–8 years in marine sales/ops, strong leadership, and a track record of expanding business and achieving targets. Working hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri, with a negotiable monthly salary up to $7000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development or operations, preferably in marine, automotive or power equipment sectors.
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience leading sales and service teams and managing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine outboard and power products.
• Lead the sales team to achieve yearly targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, marinas, boat builders and stakeholders.
• Oversee aftersales and service operations, including warranty claims and maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide staff training and conduct regular performance reviews.
