Job summary

Neptune Robotics PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Marine Operation Coordinator in Singapore to oversee daily planning, scheduling, and execution of marine activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of marine operations experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Experience managing vessel crews or marine service teams.
• Familiarity with marine regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term vessel schedules based on operational requirements.
• Optimize vessel utilization, manpower allocation, and equipment deployment to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities for projects and service campaigns.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Operations personnel to allocate resources and support project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with workboat captains and crew regarding schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate with engineers and ROV operators to ensure readiness of hull-cleaning systems and equipment.
• Monitor vessel movements and ongoing operations in real time; report progress and bottlenecks.
