Job summary

DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to grow sales of marine engines, spare parts, and after-sales services across marine, offshore, and oil&gas sectors.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training and mentorship will be provided. You will engage shipowners, managers, yards, and offshore operators to deliver engine solutions. The role blends technical knowledge with business development, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills, with on-site visits

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marine/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training and mentorship provided.
• Experience in technical sales or service engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new opportunities in marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, managers, fleets, yards, and offshore operators.
• Manage existing accounts while expanding the client portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial terms for approvals and orders.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
