HSM MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marine Commercial Executive to coordinate commercial activities, maintain project records and ensure effective communication among the commercial team, project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

You will support quotations, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring timely updates and smooth project execution.

Formación

• Experience coordinating commercial projects and liaising with clients and vendors.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project details with the Commercial PIC and internal teams.
• Record and track new client enquiries and quotation status.
• Monitor material and manpower requirements for ongoing projects.
• Request and follow up on quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare and submit project invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates to the Commercial PIC.
