China Construction Bank Corporation Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced risk professional to lead Operational Risk Management and oversee Transaction Monitoring in Singapore. The role involves developing risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding investigations of alerts and potential AML/CTF cases.

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in operational risk or transaction monitoring, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management and/or Transaction Monitoring.
• Strong familiarity with risk frameworks and compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Framework and related policies, including Third-Party Arrangement and BCM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and Head Office requirements and document BCM tests.
• Review third-party arrangements to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain call tree and risk indicators; monitor metrics.
• Review transaction monitoring alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
• Prepare documentation of investigations and decisions.
• Stay updated on AML/CTF trends; assist in potential SAR filings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve cases.
