Job summary

YU GYO ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a capable Project Manager/Coordinator to lead projects in coordination with engineers and management in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring successful project execution, client liaison, and adherence to engineering standards.

The responsibilities include coordinating activities, planning and scheduling deliverables, reporting to the Project Director and Managing Director, and assisting in proposals and production coordination.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all activities on assigned projects and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of projects.
• Liaises with internal parties within the company to implement projects.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project participants in the projects.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordination to ensure proper engineering deliverables and compliance to engineering standards.
• Assist in all project management and coordination activities delegated by Project Director and Managing Director; including day-to-day interaction with clients, preparation of project proposals and production coordination.
• Assist in all project administration where required.
• Any Tasks assigned by the Management.
• Report to Project Director and Managing Director.
