Job summary

KOH CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil/Marine Construction Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion.

You will lead site teams, review drawings, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets. The role requires 8–12 years in marine construction or civil site work, with strong leadership and a deep knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8-12 years of Marine Construction or Civil Engineering site experience.
• Proven experience in construction and site supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, Foremen, and construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, resources, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical, operational, or contractual issues.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial control and reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for construction processes, safety practices, and operational efficiency.
