Job summary

MING YAN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage multiple supervisor teams and coordinate daily activities on client sites. You will liaise with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely progress.

The role involves preparing tools, equipment, PPE, and procurement, plus compiling monthly updates and claims documents for QS submissions, and reporting to the Project Manager on site issues with mitigation recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Multitasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan projects, execute resource management and control.
• Attend site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a few teams of supervisors for daily work activities.
• Liaise with the client, internal staff, and subcontractor on daily activities.
• Manage the progress of the work activities.
• Prepare the site team with necessary tools, equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
• Preparation of monthly lateral logging updates and claims documents for QS submission to client.
• Report and discuss with the Project Manager on site issues and propose mitigation and improvement actions.
