KST Maritime Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to join our growing Commercial team in Singapore, focusing on revenue growth through business development, client engagement and effective sales execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in a managerial role within marine towage or port operations, with strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills, and a proactive, resilient mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven success in key account management and vessel chartering, preferably within the marine towage industry.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a managerial role, with prior experience engaging client decision-makers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market intelligence: Conduct research and monitor industry trends to inform commercial strategies.
• Client acquisition: Drive proactive outreach, including cold-calling and lead generation.
• Relationship management: Build and sustain strong client partnerships through regular engagement and responsive service.
• Contract negotiation: Negotiate agreements and prepare contracts within defined parameters.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Align commercial initiatives with operational objectives.
