Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites application for a Business Development Manager to lead the commercial team and drive RFQ responses, pricing, and negotiations for marine and diving services.

You will manage the sales pipeline, build key customer relationships, and collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth handover and profitable delivery. Permanent role with 5-day week and competitive bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial management or related role within marine or offshore industries.
• Proven RFQ/quotation management and sales process experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team to respond to RFQs, quotations, and inquiries.
• Oversee the quotation process from preparation to negotiation, aligned with pricing policies.
• Drive sales and business development through visits, calls, and market research.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary commercial contact.
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, margins, and win/loss performance.
