Job summary

SGS SINGAPORE DIVING PTE LTD is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Marine/Diving sector to lead the Commercial team, drive RFQ responses, pricing strategy and client engagement. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with operations, and delivering revenue growth while maintaining profitability and governance.

The candidate will report to the Commercial Director, manage a team, oversee quotations, and build long-term relationships with key accounts and fleet service

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial teams and managing RFQs.
• Ability to negotiate terms with clients and vendors.
• Proven track record in sales growth and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team to handle RFQs timely and professionally.
• Oversee quotations, pricing strategy, and follow-ups for competitiveness.
• Negotiate terms, govern profitability, and support AR collections.
• Drive new business opportunities through outreach and market research.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth handover from commercial to execution.
• Provide regular reports on quotation activity and sales pipeline.
