ARIES MARINE & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in Singapore to drive revenue growth through strategic market expansion and client acquisition across manpower and recruitment services.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and proven leadership to coach the BD team, manage budgets and forecast performance while building lasting relationships with key corporate clients and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, HRM or related field.
Strong experience in business development, market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
Strong commercial and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and market trends.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, targets and business performance.
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand manpower and recruitment services.
Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, market penetration and business expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, business partners and stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations and evaluate opportunities and proposals.
Manage business forecasts, budgets, targets and performance to achieve commercial objectives.
Lead, coach and supervise the business development team to achieve performance targets.
Prepare business analysis and strategic recommendations for senior management.
