Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marine Accounting & Operations Assistant/Manager to support day-to-day operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of owned and chartered dry bulk vessels.

The role collaborates with vessel operators, chartering, and accounting teams to ensure accurate operational and financial data. The ideal candidate has strong IMOS knowledge, a solid understanding of marine accounting and accruals, and familiarity with dry bulk vessel operations

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in marine accounting and accruals.
Strong IMOS experience.
Degree or diploma in maritime/finance.
Experience with dry bulk vessel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of owned and chartered dry bulk vessels.
Prepare voyage P&L reports and coordinate accruals with the accounting team.
Monitor vessel data in IMOS and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Report daily operational cash flows, including hire statements and port disbursements.
Report chartering exposures and vessel P&L through IMOS weekly.
Collaborate with operations, chartering and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
