Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore seeks skilled technicians to perform polishing, blending and inspection on precision parts. You will set up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish equipment, interpret basic blueprints, and follow established procedures to ensure quality and safety across manufacturing processes.

You will participate in 6S Lean activities, risk assessments, and EH&S programs while supporting cross-functional teams and adhering to ethics and trade compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in manual deburring/blending and general inspection.
• Hands-on, comfortable operating tools and equipment.
• Willing to work permanent shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform polishing, blending and general inspection in the production line.

• 2 years’ experience in manual deburring /blending and general inspection skills and knowledge.

• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate the tools and equipment.

• Willing to work on permanent Shift and overtime on needs basis.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Relevant experience in shot peening, Manual deburring/blending is a plus.

• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus
