Overview

What You Will Do

• Repair & overhaul aero‑engine components by benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, welding, machining and other required mechanical processes.
• Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards.
• Support and participate in EH&S programs and activities.
• Report incidents, hazardous conditions and emergencies to the supervisor.
• Assess the risk of activities and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Attend EH&S training programs and maintain safety adherence.
• Support continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities.

Qualifications – Must Have

• Minimum "O’ Level or NITEC in Engineering or relevant disciplines."
• 2 years relevant experience or none for those keen to pursue aerospace industry.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Comfortable with hands‑on work, operating equipment, tools and machines.
• Curious, learning mindset – on‑job training and certifications provided.
• Self‑motivated, independent worker with positive attitude towards change management.
• Strong team player with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
