Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, manage ATS records, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment metrics. On-site work at Senoko Loop is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and understand staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
