Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Recruiter on a 3-month contract to manage full-cycle recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support for a range of technical and non-technical positions from technicians to engineers.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage ATS records, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment metrics. On-site work at Senoko Loop is expected.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement

• Prefer someone ASAP, or max. within 1 week notice

• Preferably from semi-con/ manufacturing industry, experience in recruiting blue collar positions (mainly technicians/ engineers, and senior positions
