Job summary

pba systems pte ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead production projects from initiation to completion in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, serving as the primary liaison for customers and steering committees across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects and define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers and third-party vendors.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations; support post-implementation closure.
• Monitor risks, governance, and continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
• Assist with project estimation and proposal preparation.
