Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or diploma in engineering, industrial management, business administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with design, production, QA, and procurement.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, customer specifications and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance using tools like Gantt charts, ERP/MRP systems and KPIs.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Manage risk assessments, mitigation strategies and resolve technical/operational challenges with production.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee, commercial and project information.
