Job summary

ty innovations pte. ltd. is seeking an energetic Project Manager to bridge engineering concepts with shopfloor execution and client expectations. You will oversee design reviews, production planning, QA/QC, and on-time delivery, coordinating with machinists and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial manufacturing project management, strong technical drawing interpretation, and proven ability to manage budgets and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hands-on project management or project engineering in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, CAD/CAM models, weld symbols, and BOMs.
• Familiar with CNC milling/turning, laser cutting, sheet metal, TIG/MIG welding, and finishing.
• Diploma or Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven track record of managing timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams with common tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from design review through material sourcing, production, QA/QC, and delivery.
• Coordinate with workshop staff to schedule production, optimize machine use, hit deadlines.
• Track costs, hours, and expenses to deliver within scope and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing technical updates and change-order management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, ISO/ASME standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean/5S improvements to reduce scrap.
