Job summary

pba systems pte ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead production projects from initiation to completion in a manufacturing setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, serving as the primary liaison for customers and steering committees across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience in manufacturing.

• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and build long-term relationships.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering production projects from initiation through completion. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks, while ensuring successful project delivery that meets customer requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and works closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project profitability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and customers.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal project teams.
• Understand customer business processes and project objectives.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve project-related issues.
• Build strong long-term internal customer relationships.
• Facilitate project workshops, kick-off meetings, and steering committee meetings.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
• Assign project tasks and monitor team performance.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and support project team members when required.

Project Delivery

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and project closure.

Risk & Quality Management

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and company standards.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.

Business Development Support

• Assist with project estimation and proposal preparation.
• Provide implementation recommendations during solution design discussions.

People Requirements

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in projects.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
