Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects with defined scope, Objectives, timelines and milestones.
• Define project scope, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end activities from requirements gathering to project delivery.
• Manage project cost, scope, schedule and contractual deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential challenges.
• Coordinate with internal resources, partners and subcontractors to ensure success.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and PMO.
