Job summary

PAN-ASIA RESOURCES PTE LTD invites applications for a production role in Singapore. You will execute production activities in line with SOPs, safety and quality requirements, and maintain required certifications.

You will participate in Kaizen projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives while supporting training with the Training Lead. In the absence of the Production Lead, you will provide cover and ensure smooth line operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities per SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain required certifications and support on-line training.
• Escalate safety hazards via See-Do-Say process.
• Perform quality checks and raise abnormalities to leads.
• Record material system transactions accurately.
• Assist in training of team members and certify them.
• Follow OCAP procedures and participate in Kaizen projects.
• Provide cover for Production Lead when absent.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety, and quality requirements.
• Must be certified in the required production skillsets, including ISO 5 and ISO 8 or 10, Formation, Loading, Primary Packing, PTA6 Packing, ENV, Cartooning, 13mm Teflon VI, and RU (Loading/Unloading/Error Clear/Startup).
• Escalate safety hazards and potential safety risks via “See-Do-Say” submission.
• Perform quality checks and escape any abnormal findings to the Production Lead, Sr. Production Lead, or Production Supervisor.
• Carry out material system transactions accurately.
• Carry out training activities and work closely with the Training Lead in certifying team members.
• Follow and execute OCAP (Out of Control Plan) procedures effectively.
• Suggest, participate in, and support Kaizen projects or any continuous improvement activities in the line.
• Provide support in carrying out some tasks performed by the Production Lead in his absence.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Able to strictly adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures as per Company policy.
• Support and contribute to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programs and activities towards delivery of the set targets.
• Able to always comply with the Company’s safety policy.
• Able to always comply with the Company’s quality policy.
• GMP/GDP compliance and application for all work processes, job-related SOIs/WIs, as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrate communication and training skills desired for the role.
