Job summary

Pan-Asia-Resources-Pte-Lt is seeking a production operator to execute activities in line with SOPs, safety and quality standards. The role requires certification in specified production skillsets and active participation in training, Kaizen projects, and OCAP procedures, with support for leadership in absence.

The position emphasizes adherence to GMP/GDP policies, Lean Six Sigma participation, and strict safety practices within the production line.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in production skillsets including ISO 5 and ISO 8 or 10.
• Certification in Formation, Loading, Primary Packing, PTA6 Packing, ENV, Cartooning, 13mm Teflon VI, RU.
• Follow and execute OCAP procedures effectively.
• Escalate safety hazards using See-Do-Say protocol.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Must be certified in required production skillsets, including ISO 5 and ISO 8 or 10, Formation, Loading, Primary Packing, PTA6 Packing, ENV, Cartooning, 13mm Teflon VI, and RU.
• Escalate safety hazards and potential safety risks via 'See-Do-Say' submission.
• Perform quality checks and escalate abnormal findings to the Production Lead, Sr. Production Lead, or Production Supervisor.
• Carry out material system transactions accurately.
• Carry out training activities and work closely with the Training Lead in certifying team members.
• Follow and execute OCAP (Out of Control Plan) procedures effectively.
• Suggest, participate in, and support Kaizen projects or any continuous improvement activities in the line.
• Provide support in carrying out some tasks performed by the Production Lead in his absence.

• Must be certified in the required production skillsets, including ISO 5 and ISO 8 or 10, Formation, Loading, Primary Packing, PTA6 Packing, ENV, Cartooning, 13mm Teflon VI, and RU (Loading/Unloading/Error Clear/Startup).
• Escalate safety hazards and potential safety risks via “See-Do-Say” submission.
• Perform quality checks and escape any abnormal findings to the Production Lead, Sr. Production Lead, or Production Supervisor.
• Carry out material system transactions accurately.
• Carry out training activities and work closely with the Training Lead in certifying team members.
• Follow and execute OCAP (Out of Control Plan) procedures effectively.
• Suggest, participate in, and support Kaizen projects or any continuous improvement activities in the line.

• GMP/GDP compliance and application for all work processes, job-related SOIs/WIs, as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrate communication and training skills desired for the role.
