Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical device, or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure achievement of SQDCM targets.
• Develops and executes operational strategies to support business growth, capacity expansion, and customer commitments.
• Drives productivity, quality, cycle time, and cost improvement initiatives through Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Builds and develops high-performing teams, including managers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support NPI, product transitions, and manufacturing readiness.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Owns workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational budget management.
• Provides executive-level reporting on operational performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
