Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years FP&A, warehousing, logistics finance, or related analytics role.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Experience partnering with operational teams to translate business needs into financial insights; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Own FP&A activities for global manufacturing warehousing and logistics finance; analyze actuals, forecasts, budgets and strategic plans.
Develop and maintain cost allocation methods for warehousing and shared logistics; support month-end close and governance processes.
Provide executive-level reporting, financial commentary and insights to improve cost efficiency and service performance; lead automation and BI initiatives.
