Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager in Singapore to lead teams responsible for purchasing, planning and supplier management across multiple product families. You will drive cost savings, optimize inventory, and ensure BOM integrity while coordinating with global sites.

The role requires deep supply chain knowledge, substantial leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years in purchasing or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient with MRP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Ability to drive process improvements in Purchasing/Planning.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of managers, planners and buyers for materials purchasing and production planning of tools and FRUs across product families.
• Manage suppliers and subcontracts on cost, schedule and performance for sustaining products.
• Drive supplier scorecard processes and inventory management initiatives.
• Participate in New Product Launch and project meetings; track supply-chain action items.
• Own obsolete parts process to minimize liability and waste.
• Ensure BOM integrity and timely SAP parameter updates.
• Develop strategies for cost savings, gross margin improvement, and lead time reduction.
