PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is partnering with a manufacturing group in Singapore to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

The role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and business partnering to support strategic growth and decision-making. You will lead monthly FP&A reports, build financial models, and provide insights to senior leadership. You will act as SAP Business One SME, coordinate with IT and vendors, and help drive cost optimisation, financial controls, and governance across

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field; CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
At least 5 years' finance experience with FP&A and business partnering.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and provide actionable insights.
Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, costing and variance analysis.
Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP; strong Excel skills.
Experience in FMCG/manufacturing or multi-entity environments is preferred.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; identify variance causes.
Proactive about finance process improvements and controls.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting with management commentary.
Develop financial models for pricing, product development, and market expansion.
Monitor costs and identify savings opportunities; support resource allocation.
Prepare financial reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
Coordinate with IT and external vendors for SAP B1 issues and improvements.
Maintain financial controls and governance across entities.
Support month-end/year-end close, tax, audits, and statutory reporting.
Analyze production cost variances and root causes; ensure proper accounting.
Drive finance process improvements and SAP B1 optimisation.
