Job summary

Dystar Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Mfg/Sales and Marketing/SCM leadership globally. You will collaborate on forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans, and drive P&L profitability analyses by product ranges and regions.

You will partner with global and local teams to harmonize KPIs, build reporting templates and support decision‑making with ad‑hoc analyses. Involvement in SAP/BPC/Jedox and cost allocation projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in finance/accounting.
• Hands‑on experience in production‑oriented business environment.
• Excellent communication skills. Needs to be able to work with multicultural teams and communicate with various global team members.
• Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP and SAP Business Warehouse an advantage)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Fluent in business English. Spoken proficiency in Mandarin or other languages will be an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive compilation, analysis and reporting of financial results and monitor achievement vs Targets (both Global & Regional level).
• Initiate and collaborate actively with RVP, Marketing leaders, Manufacturing, Regional Finance heads, SCM functional heads on the Group’s forecasting and budgeting process.
• Collaborate with other Senior FP&A Analysts to complete the compilation of full P&L projection.
• Own and drive analysis and review of forward-looking plans & forecast submitted by all entities, by comparing with actual & past trends.
• Own and drive analysis of past trends by drilling down to details and highlight deviations to Global Management.
• Develop, implement and improve methodology for compiling global costs and allocate costs to entities.
• Develop and analyse management reports (e.g. Earnings After Tax) for senior global management.
• Support analysis relating to revenue and margin, including breakdown by product ranges.
