Confidential in Singapore seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across a large supply chain network. You will partner with senior operational leaders to translate data into actionable decisions, focusing on investments, logistics, and transformation initiatives.

The role sits at the crossroads of Finance and Supply Chain, offering exposure to regional leadership, network optimization, and capital expenditure governance. Strong FP&A and stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years FP&A/Commercial Finance experience in a multinational.
Experience in FMCG and/or Logistics is strongly favoured.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and performance management skills.
Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations is desirable.
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; SAP/Hyperion/Power BI advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Partner with supply chain leaders to drive financial performance and efficiency.
Deliver management reporting, performance analysis, and KPI tracking.
Analyze cost drivers, identify gaps, and recommend actions.
Support inventory performance, capex governance, and controls.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimate processes.
Develop models and scenario analyses for planning.
Provide insights through analytics and reviews.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders on planning.
