LAZADA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to drive financial transparency and partner with Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams in Singapore. You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, monitor KPIs, and build financial models to support strategic decisions.

Strong Excel, ERP/BI skills and a business-savvy mindset are essential. This role requires 5+ years FP&A experience in dynamic industries, with CPA/ACCA/CFA a plus, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with preference for fast-paced industries.
• Proven track record in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering and cost management with cross-functional teams to manage costs against budget and identify variances.
• Lead end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecast processes for assigned units with timely submissions.
• Monitor monthly performance (P&L, KPIs), analyze drivers of variance, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Provide financial modeling support for initiatives, ROI, scenarios, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Support month-end close, ensure internal controls, and enable accurate financial reporting.
