Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations for management and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and working groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact work across your area of expertise.
• Support semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing or global operations environments.
• Leverage SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA business processes.
• Use analytics/reporting platforms (Power BI, Foundry, Tableau) to inform decisions.
• Develop knowledge management, training materials, and process documentation.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen and continuous improvement methods.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
• Support large-scale business transformation or ERP implementation initiatives.
