The role offers permanent employment with office-based North region in Singapore, Monday to Friday, office hours. The package includes up to SGD 3,600 monthly plus Commission, Incentives, AWS and Bonus. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, manage sales pipelines, and build strong relationships with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or project management.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas frequently when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines in line with business and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate business enquiries, proposals, tenders and project requirements.
• Support pricing, deal structuring and commercial discussions.
• Develop and implement business development and outbound sales strategies.
• Track business performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new products or services.
