Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting in recruiting a Business Development Executive for a permanent role in the Manufacturing sector. The position is based in the North region with Monday to Friday office hours.

The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Local and overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or project management.
• Diploma in Business, Management or related field.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas frequently when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines in line with business and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate business enquiries, proposals, tenders and project requirements.
• Support pricing, deal structuring and commercial discussions.
• Develop and implement business development and outbound sales strategies.
• Track business performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new products or services.

• Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + Commission + Incentives + AWS + Bonus
