Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver full training programs for new hires (product, soft skills, on-the-job)
• Develop training manuals, multimedia aids and educational materials
• Follow up regularly on training programs to evaluate effectiveness
• Evaluate existing training programs and provide improvement recommendations
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve staff performance
• Drive service quality initiatives for continuous standards improvement
• Undertake other duties assigned by management to support Quality Management System
