Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application issues.
• Support product installations, onboarding, and account access.
• Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to build proficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to resolve complex challenges and improve processes.
