Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Jan 2027 start.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support across Bloomberg products via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Onboard clients and assist with product installations and account access.
• Educate clients on workflows to build proficiency and trust.
