Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Customer Support Representative for its Early Professional Program in Singapore, starting January 2027. You will assist a global client base, diagnose and resolve product, connectivity, and access issues, and guide clients through Bloomberg workflows via phone, chat, and email.

The program includes an immersive 8-week training and ongoing learning, with opportunities to grow across analytics, data, product support, and enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ability to start January 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Provide onboarding support and guide clients through Bloomberg workflows.
• Communicate across regions via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues.
• Educate clients to build confidence and long-term relationships.
