Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate in Singapore to onboard and sustain value for enterprise clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, surface client priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption and renewal.

The role requires Mandarin for Taiwan clients and high English proficiency, with a track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving growth through proactive engagement and problem solving.

Qualifications

5+ years relevant professional experience.
Native proficiency in Mandarin to manage clients in Taiwan; high proficiency in English.
Proven track record of delighting clients and driving value.
Strong communication, problem solving, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients across seniority levels to ensure success with Gartner subscription.
Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
Conduct client calls, surface priorities, and recommend actions that drive ROI on Gartner membership.
Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to maximize client value.
Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and engagement metrics.
Renew assigned accounts.
