Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve a global client base, helping users maximize Bloomberg's products.

You will troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, connectivity, onboarding, and account access, educating clients on workflows while building long-term relationships. This role requires English and Mandarin fluency, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ability to start a full-time role in May 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for client communications in Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and workflows while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
