Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role.
• Inquisitive mindset with ability to identify experts for research projects.
• Energetic and able to manage fast-turnaround projects and meet deadlines.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document core elements clearly.
• Excellent communicator engaging with industry experts and explaining network participation.
• Goal-oriented and efficient at delivering top-profile matches quickly.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for professional conversations with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify best-fit experts for projects.
• Confirm and refine project scope with the Project Manager during research.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
• Coordinate and conduct calls to validate background and fit.
• Document experts’ experience clearly for rapid evaluation.
• Answer questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding.
• Negotiate expert rates to balance cost and value.
• Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors.
• Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
