Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management and technical delivery management.
• Mandatory Chinese language proficiency for client and stakeholder communications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to plan resources, budgets, risks, and governance for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead software developers, engineers, BAs, QA, and infra teams.
• Define scope, plans, milestones, timelines, and governance.
• Gather requirements from clients and align delivery expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and teams.
• Provide regular status reports, metrics, and updates to leadership.
• Promote Agile practices, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on delivery challenges and initiatives.
