Job summary

TECHEDGE-SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a seasoned technology delivery lead to manage end-to-end projects, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. You will apply banking regulations, security standards, and audit controls while delivering Java applications using Java 8/11/17/21, Spring, and microservices.

You will coordinate bilingual English/Chinese communication across diverse teams, oversee RESTful APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ data flows, and optimize

Qualifications

Hold certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe or other Agile certifications.
Proficient with monitoring/observability tools to track system health.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, audit controls, authentication mechanisms and fraud/risk management.
Communicate with stakeholders to align goals and resolve issues.
Use English and Chinese to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
Develop Java applications using Java 8, 11, 17, and 21 with core concepts.
Design and implement applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
Architect and develop microservices with RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns.
Manage Oracle and MySQL database interactions and optimize performance.
Integrate Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous data flows.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams with code reviews, technical leadership, ownership, and release/governance.
