Job summary

Lasertec Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for the role of Managing Director. You will lead the company’s strategic direction, drive growth in the semiconductor inspection systems market, and oversee operations, finances and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering, at least 10 years in the field with 5 in a leadership role, and fluent Japanese for cross-border communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management/administration/engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) for communication with counterparts in Japan.
• Strong understanding of business operations and proven leadership ability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
