Job summary

Lasertec Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team.

The role focuses on providing technical support to customers on-site or remotely, and carrying out repairs and troubleshooting of mask inspection machines. You will install new test machines and software upgrades, and help develop manuals and SOPs. To succeed, you should hold a Diploma or degree in Electronics or Mechatronics, be proficient in MS Office, have customer support experience, and be willing to travel overseas

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics, mechatronics, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience in a customer support environment.

As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers' needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
• Install new test machines and software upgrades.
• Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

This role requires you to:

• Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have work experience in a customer support environment.
• Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
• Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
