Job summary

Lasertec Singapore Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Lasertec Corporation, is seeking a Team Leader (Service team) to guide and develop the service group for semiconductor inspection equipment. You will lead on-site and remote technical support, oversee repairs, installations, upgrades, and drive process improvements.

You will mentor engineers, ensure documentation and SOPs are maintained, and coordinate overseas travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related science fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Work experience in a customer support environment.
• Over 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of Laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum Analyzer or other instruments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on-site or remotely.
• Assist with difficult machine repairs, installations and system upgrades.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and review Manuals and SOPs for machines.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to Engineers.

As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers’ needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader (Service team) to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Assist with difficult machine repairs, machine installations and system upgrades when necessary.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and review Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.
• Monitor team performance.
• Provide guidance and support to Engineers on troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer reports.

This role requires you to:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or science related qualifications.
• Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
• Have work experience in a customer support environment.
• Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
• Have knowledge in Laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
