Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Interior Design professional to manage tenancy design across assigned mall properties in Singapore.

You will review design submissions, coordinate approvals, and ensure fit-out works align with mall guidelines and brand standards. The role involves liaising with tenants, designers, contractors and internal teams, supporting A&A/AEI projects and updating tenancy design guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tenancy design, retail design or commercial fit-out.
• Mall, landlord or property management experience preferred.
• Familiar with retail and F&B renovation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
