Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Design & Projects Coordinator to oversee tenant fit-outs in our retail environments. You will review designs, coordinate with tenants and landlords, and manage approvals and reporting to ensure projects stay within guidelines.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, site inspections, and collaboration with management, consultants, and marketing teams to deliver compliant renovations across properties.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Familiarity with procedures & site issues of Commercial Retail, F&B renovation; background in other commercial building management teams preferred.
• Confidence and experience to understand & communicate regarding design and shop fit issues.

Responsibilities

• Review Retail Designs – review tenants’ shop designs and ensure they meet the mall’s design guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with Tenants – brief tenants on design requirements, provide feedback and resolve design-related issues.
• Manage Design Approvals – coordinate design submissions and obtain approval from landlords/management.
• Site Inspection & Fit-Out – conduct site inspections to ensure renovation and fit-out works follow the approved designs.
• AutoCAD & Layout Planning – prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts and area calculations for renovation, A&A and AEI projects.
• Design Guidelines – create, update and maintain the mall’s tenancy design guidelines.
• Project & Stakeholder Coordination – work closely with landlords, tenants, consultants, Retail Marketing and Centre Management on various property projects.
• Reporting & Documentation – track tenancy design submissions, fit-out progress, approvals and maintain proper records and reports.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6.30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities
