Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Tenancy & Fitout Manager to oversee and plan retail tenancy design in line with mall guidelines and regulatory requirements.

You will provide property management support and coordinate with mall management to ensure timely fit-out works and compliance across stores. This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design and proven experience in tenancy commercial building management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design is required (must-have).
• Proven experience in tenancy commercial building management.
• Ability to plan and oversee retail tenancy design according to mall guidelines.
