Job summary

FAR EAST MANAGEMENT (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore seeks a space planning and design professional to contribute to layout development for new commercial and mixed-use projects, AEIs, and mall branding guidelines. You will coordinate with Commercial Operations and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive tenancy fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new commercial and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing properties
• Review and evaluate space planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs)
• Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike
• Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines and to keep abreast with current market best practices
• Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs through coordination with Commercial Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary
